Already have a customer or prospect list? We match it against Companies House, flag dissolved companies, fill in missing details and verify email addresses, so your CRM reflects reality. Duplicates are merged and nothing is thrown away without your say.

Where it comes from
- Companies House bulk data: companies, officers and persons with significant control, loaded into PostgreSQL
- Company websites found by search and checked against the company's name, number and address
- Websites crawled for published business email addresses, with a headless browser for sites built in JavaScript
Cleaning and verification
- Junk filtered out: tracking codes and hashes that look like email addresses, placeholder and parked domains
- Email domains matched to the company, so addresses from the wrong website are rejected
- Every address verified through a commercial verification API before it is supplied
- Dissolved companies flagged and duplicates merged
